In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, and any or all Agreements: “Customer”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Customer and ourselves, or either the Customer or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Customer in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Customer’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing English Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Payments

For ala carte services, you can by cash but we prefer you to pay by internet banking or or cheque after you have finished the session.

For massage packages, we just need you to place a deposit listed in the package and the remaining session will be paid on every session based on the prescribed packages. Deposit is required after confirmation of the packages by our staff.

Prices

The fees show in Pricing and Packages are nett price except for the transportation charges if you are staying at Sentosa Island. No hidden costs and no GST.

Cancellation / Amendment Policy

Cancellation / amendment less than 24 hours notice:

For any changes or cancellation of a fixed appointment, a minimum 24 hour notice prior to the appointment is required. We hope you respect our generous cancellation policy.

For ala carte services, there will be no cancellation fees.

Reduction of sessions:

No reduction of package is allowed for all kind of packages.

No Show:

For ala carte services, if customer is not at the premise at the appointment time, we will wait for 15 minutes and make calls to you. If there is no answer during this time frame or no future respond from you, we will consider to include your name in our blacklisted list.

For packages, if customer is not at the premise at the appointment time, we will wait for 15 minutes and make calls to you. If there is no answer during this time frame, the service of that session will be considered as rendered and no refund will be given.

Refund Policy

There is strictly no refund if the appointment is within 24 hours or once the commencement of the session.

It is the customer’s responsibility to understand the refund policy before registering any packages with us.

Late Appointment

Any late appointment by customers, the session may be shortened depends on the availability of our massage therapists.

Sickness

We will inform customers at the soonest on the same day. In order to serve you better, we will try to arrange and replace therapist. Or else, appointment has to be postponed and new booking to be arranged on the further date.

Price/Packages Transfer Policy

Payment made is not transferable to third parties for ala carte service.

The packages are only transferable within the member(s) in the same premises. Otherwise, packages are not transferable to third parties.

Inappropriate Conduct

The customer understands that any illicit, sexual or aggressive remarks, advances or gestures will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate termination of the treatment/session, and the customer will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment.

Security

We accept appointment for male customers but there must be at least another one female at the same premises. We reserve the rights to terminate the session immediately if this condition is not met, and the customer will be liable for full payment of the scheduled appointment. No appointment is attended at hotel or motel.

 

Responsibility

We will not be held responsible for any claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss of life while providing services and this includes all costs and expenses incurred as a result of such claims.

Luana Therapy LLP reserves the right to alter terms and conditions without prior notice.
